Had a fantastic night at Mgallery! The rooftop restaurant served some very nice gourmet food, while breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. Just a heads-up, parking is a bit tricky since their lot is a few blocks away, but it’s worth it for the amazing stay!

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

Super nice staff made me feel safe in a foreign country! ! The rooftop bar offers breathtaking views of the sunset and Mount Vesuvius, making it a must-see.

Unfortunately, the parking situation was quite frustrating, as the partnered area was often full and inconvenient to reach.

Unavailability of rooftop during off hours is disappointing!!! The pool access fee feels like a cash grab!!! Additionally, better training for restaurant staff could massively enhance the dining experience!!!

This place has wicked comfy rooms and the staff were super helpful! Had dinner at the rooftop—what a view! Breakfast was solid, but they could step it up a notch. Just a heads-up, the parking's a bit of a trek, so plan ahead. Overall, enjoyed it.

Loved the comfy room, but the loud church bells at 7 am were a hassle.

Rooftop bar must-visit!

The hotel is a short walk from the archaeological site and transportation options are conveniently nearby. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room, along with the friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant's tasting menu offered an exquisite dining experience that was definitely worth the price.

The hot water was not as hot as I would prefer for showering.

Spacious rooms were pristine, and the rooftop bar offered very nice views of Mount Vesuvius. The modern vibe was refreshing.

I stayed in a Superior Room, and it was super comfortable! The bed felt amazing, making it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom had nice supplies and was spacious too. Plus, everything was really clean. The modern design made it feel fresh and inviting. A couple of minor things, like only having a bag drop at reception and needing to park about 100m away, were a bit of a hassle, but honestly, the comfort and style of the room made up for it.

The staff were helpful, even took the time to help me with a lost camera incident as I was in a foreign country, and the view from the rooftop bar during sunset wow, just perfect. The food was superb, I had the tasting menu, and it was worth every penny. I couldn't believe how well it was cooked.

It wasn't cheap, but still reasonable for what you get.

The hotel was a fantastic experience! We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room that was modern and spacious, with extremely comfortable bedding and a large, well-appointed bathroom. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant overlooking Mount Vesuvius was exceptional, with a fantastic menu showcasing great produce and outstanding 1:1 service. Breakfast had a generous selection, including delicious fruits and pastries.

Only a bag drop facility is available at reception.
